7. Rotate the balance wheel until slot i (Figs. 27 and28) is in line with the first set screw f 1
on
thread pull-off flange f. When in this position, the bobbin case base can be taken
out of sewing hook g. This position is also illustrated in Fig. 28 from which it may be
seen that point 1 of the bobbin case flange must be positioned between the two points
of sewing hook g and thread pull-off flange f.
