Any adjustment to the air gap will also aect
the play in the manual release.
Tighten or loosen the adjusting nuts equally
and evenly around the brake as needed.
Continue to measure the air gap with a feeler
gauge at
three dierent positions around the
brake
between the stationary disc and the
coil until the minimal air gap clearance is
reached. See Figure 11-3.
