Distorted colour Connection
Check that the connection cable is not
wrapped around itself.
Image too bright
Camera position
Do not expose the camera lens to direct
sunlight or a reective surface.
Image adjustments Check the settings of the monitor.
The volume at the
intercom panel is too

Sound adjustment
Check that the volume at the intercom panel
is correctly set in the monitor sound settings.
The microphone hole
on the intercom panel
is blocked.
Check and clean.
The Two-family mode
is not working.

Check that you have assigned each monitor
correctly. At least one main family 1 monitor
and one main family 2 monitor.
