Why do I hear intermittency during audio transfer with my Phonak Hearing Aid ComPilot?
- AAimee DuncanSep 3, 2025
Intermittency during audio transfer via Phonak Hearing Aid ComPilot may occur if the Bluetooth device is too far away or is shielded by the body (e.g., worn in a back pocket). Ensure the Bluetooth device is within the maximum range and kept in front of you. Disconnect your Bluetooth phone from other devices like PCs when using it as a music player. The ComPilot will stop searching after 2 minutes, which will stop the intermittency.
