- Insert the plug into the hole with the proper incli-
nation, screw it in fully by hand and then tighten it
with the specially designed spanner.
- Push the spark plug cap all the way down onto
the spark plug and then proceed to the reassem-
bly.
CAUTION
THE SPARK PLUG MUST BE REMOVED WHEN THE MO-
TOR IS COLD. THE SPARK PLUG MUST BE REPLACED
EVERY 12,000 KM. THE USE OF NON CONFORMING IGNI-
TION CONTROL UNITS OR SPARK PLUGS OTHER THAN
THOSE PRESCRIBED CAN SERIOUSLY DAMAGE THE EN-
GINE.

Hub oil
Check
-Stand the vehicle on its centre stand on flat
ground; - Remove the oil dipstick «A», dry it with
a clean cloth and put it back into its hole tighten-
ing it completely; -Take out the dipstick checking
that the oil level reaches the dipstick bottom notch
(see figure); if the level is under the MAX. mark, it
needs to be filled with the right amount of hub oil.
-Screw up the oil dipstick again and make sure it
is locked properly into place.
The notches on the hub oil level dipstick, except
for the notch indicating the MAX level, refer to oth-
er manufacturer's models and have no specific
function for this model.
