Operation:
Even if [ ] key or [ ] key is pushed, "CLEAR <=> YES" <=> "CLEAR <=> NO" is repeated.
If the [ENTER] key is kept on pressing for 5 second when the status of this menu is <YES>,
clear process will begin.
