7.6 ADJUSTMENTS WHEN THE DRIVE ASSYS ARE REPLACED
1 Measure the SUS-U input delay time (∆ Tsus-u).
2 Adjust the SUS-B input delay time so that it becomes "∆ Tsus-u + α ± 5 nsec."
2 Adjust the SUS-G input delay time so that it becomes "∆ Tsus-d + β ± 5 nsec."
1 Measure the SUS-D input delay time (∆ Tsus-d).
