Parameter:
<spf-delay> 5 seconds by default.
<spf-holdtime> 10 seconds by default.
Command Mode:
OSPF protocol mode.
Usage Guide:
This command configures the delay time between receiving topology change and SPF calculation,
further configured the hold item between two discontinuous SPF calculation.
Example:
Switch#config terminal
Switch(config)#router ospf
Switch(config-router)#timers spf 5 10
