12 February 2007 FAULT CODE DESCRIPTION
SQF-010
Fault code SQF-010, indicates that the Roller motor (SQF-M4) has a short circuit.
Initial Actions
Check Fuse F2 on the Squarefolder Transformer.
Procedure
Disconnect the motor plug M4. Run the Diagnostics again. Fault code SQF-012 (Open circuit) is displayed?
Y N
Disconnect plug D.P2 from PCB ”D”. Check wires for Short circuit across the leads of the Orange wire M4 to
D.P2-12 (violet) and the Violet wire M4 to D.P2-3 (orange). Is there Short circuit?
Y N
Replace PCB ”D”.
Replace wire Harness.
Replace motor SQF-M4.
SQF-011
Fault code SQF-011, indicates that the Roller motor (SQF-M4) has an Open circuit.
Initial Actions
Check Fuse F2 on the Squarefolder Transformer.
Procedure
Disconnect the motor plug M4. Disconnect plug D.P2. Is there Continuity and no Short circuit?
Y N
Replace wire Harness.
1. Replace motor SQF-M4.
2. Replace PCB ”D”.
