Changing the Location of the Address Book
By default the address book is stored on the local computer in a directory that
may be found under the Tools -> Options ->Address Book option. The default
location on the local drive may be changed by selecting the ‘Specify Location’
option and opening the target address book as shown in the following figure.
It is possible to create an address book on one computer and then use that
address book as a master address book for an enterprise by storing the address
book on a shared drive and have all users point to that file for their address
book.
