The following figure shows a phone that is monitoring two buddies: Lauren
Gates and Jack Jones. Lauren Gates is Online, and Jack Jones is either Away,
Out to Lunch, or Be Right Back.
Monitoring Buddies from the Buddy List
If you can’t monitor all your buddies from the idle screen (because you have
more buddies than available Speed Dial Keys), use the Buddy Status list.
To monitor a contact in your buddy list:
