How do I transfer a caller directly to someone’s voicemail?
To transfer a caller directly to someone’s voicemail, you use the VMxfer soft key.
1. Press VMxfer.

2. Dial the recipient’s extension or number.
3. Press Enter.
If you are using a VVX 300 series phone that does not show a VMxfer soft
key, please refer to the VVX 300 User Guide at Help.ENA.com instructions
for completing a blind transfer using the Transfer button.
