What is my extension?
Your personal extension shows next to the top two keys on the left side of the
screen.
Why do I have two keys for my extension?
Having two keys makes it much easier to answer a second incoming call or place a
caller on hold and make a second outbound call. You will learn more about this as
we work through the training.
