Opening the Lid
To lock and unlock the VOLTstack Lid, use your VOLTstack Key and rotate the Lid Locks in the direction shown below.
Caster Maintenance
The Casters on your VOLTstack should be maintained as per the Maintenance Schedule. Casters should be greased every 6
months or as needed in particularly dirty locations.
Caster Greasing & Torque Check
1. Apply NLGI-2 lithium grease to the Swivel Casters through the Grease Port. Ensure that the entire bearing is full and
any old grease containing debris has been expelled.
2. Wipe excess grease clean.
3. Check the 4 x Mounting Bolts are torqued to 10 ft.lbs
IMPORTANT
Grease the Casters more frequently when operating in dusty environments
