Air Intake Filter Replacement
1. Remove the Air Intake Assembly screws on the Filter Cover using a #1 phillips screw driver.
2. Separate the Filter Cover from the Air Intake Filter using a 1/16” Allen wrench and a 1/4” wrench or socket.
3. Replace the Air Intake Filter with a new filter provided by Portable Electric.
4. Reassemble the Air Intake Assembly and re-install it on the unit.
Environmental Fan Maintenance
The Environmental Fans exhaust heat created by the internal electronics and allow the VOLTstack to maintain
operation at optimal temperature. It is recommended to do a full cleaning of the Environmental Fans during your 2 year
maintenance checkup.
HELPFUL TIPS
Accumulation of large quantities of dust on fan blades indicates that Air Intake
Filter cleaning/replacement should be done more frequently.
