Heater Calibration Menu:
The heater calibration menu is accessed through the secure menu only. Refer to the engineering
information section of this manual for the heater calibration procedure.

Panel
Description
INLET TEMP
Displays the process inlet temperature.
OUTLET TEMP
Displays the process outlet temperature.
PROCESS SETPOINT
Displays the process setpoint when in local control mode.
Press the process setpoint button to bring up a keypad to change its
value.
DELTA-T CALC.
Displays the calculated temperature rise necessary to reach the
process setpoint.
DELTA-T ACTUAL
Displays the measured temperature rise through the unit.
(=outlet temp – inlet temp)
COMPUTE OFFSET
Displays the computed offset.
This calculation is (delta-T calc/delta-T actual) x 100
ON/OFF
Turns heater calibration mode on or off.
OFFSET VALUE
Displays the offset value resulting from heater calibration.
Press the
offset value button to bring up a keypad to change its
value.
HEAT ON/OFF
This button will start or stop heater operation.
BACK
This button will return to the previous screen.
