Installation
General
Location
The AQ1570 CCU is designed for permanent installation on wall surfaces near a 100-240V outlet. The
AQ1570 cartridge head is designed for permanent installation on a wall surface.
Service Area
The service area range of each AQ1570 cartridge head is from 1,800-150,000 cubic feet (51-4245
cubic meters). Of course this can vary signicantly depending on airow, number of fresh air changes
per hour, temperature, humidity and desired service interval. AQ1570 can be adjusted from 1 to 50
to accommodate these variations. The AQ1570 CCU must be within 100 feet (30.48 meters) of all
associated cartridge heads.
Conguration
The AQ1570 CCU must be wall mounted near a 100-240V power source. The CCU can control up to four
cartridge heads, which must be wall mounted within a 100-foot (30.48-meter) distance from the CCU.
Each cartridge head package contains 50 feet (15.24 meters) of airline tubing, and additional 50-foot
(15.24-meter) tubing segments are available for separate purchase. Extra tubing length can be cut or
coiled during installation. Tubing lengths beyond 100 feet (30.48 meters) are not recommended.
