Typically, air handler controllers (RTU/S, HP/S, FCU, MUA) are powered from the units own 24VAC source. Zone controllers
and thermostats use dedicated supply transformers. (Consult the Prolon PL-TRA-Startup-EN Installation & Startup Guide for
more details)
For addition details, you may also consult the Prolon Troubleshooting guide.
Communication
Any master controller (RTU, HP, MUA, etc.) will automatically establish communication with its follower controllers upon start
up.
A few seconds after powering up, check the master’s network communication status lights NETSND / NETREC, as they should
blinktogetheratregularintervals,conrmingcommunicationwithfollowercontrollers.
Inspect zone and/or associated follower controllers, as their own communication status lights (NETSND / NETREC should blink
at the same interval as the master controller.
