Using ERSC Add On Instructions (AOI) with RSLogix 5000

Step 2
Once the instruction has been added
to the ladder, we need to create a
tag that will be how you access the
modules data.
For our example we will call this tag
“ZPA_NODE_22”
Step 3
This is the typical New Tag window
you invoke from the ladder diagram
screen. We entered
“ZPA_NODE_22” as the name. Note
that the DataType automatically
defaults to the AOI’s data type. Click
Create to create the new tag
