1. Power off the NAS.
2. Remove the storage controller.

3. Remove the fan module.
a. Pull the handle to release the fan module.
b. Pull the module out.
4. Install a new fan module.
a. Insert the module into the chassis.
b. Push the handle down to lock the module in place.
