6.2 User Access Rights
Users are allocated diering levels of access rights to allow or disallow certain
functions, eg. change, settings, libraries etc. The rights available to you will depend
on the username you log on as.
NOTE:
User access rights can be created or modied only if logged in at the
appropriate level of user.
