Ball Return Installation Manual
Before wiring the Options Ball Return, all power to the unit must be switched
off at the main breaker box or
serious injury could result.
To avoid equipment malfunction or damage, the power supply must be rated
for the appropriate voltage and current.

Attach the flexible conduit of the power supply cable (234
supplied with the Ball Lift, to the applicable distribution box. Connect the wires in
th local electrical codes. For electrical systems containing a neutral
volt systems in the United States, connect the green and yellow
wire to ground, the blue wire to neutral, and the brown wire to line.
Remove the cover from the Ball L
ift control box, and then remove a lock nut from the
center and left grounding (earthing) lugs in the control box.
Attach the power supply cable’s flexible conduit to the control box at the
location shown in Figure 1
Attach the ring terminal on
the green and yellow ground wire of the power supply
cable to the leftmost grounding (earthing) lug inside the control box using one of the
lock nuts that was removed in Step 4.
Cut off the two spade terminals from the brown and blue power supply wires, an
inch of insulation from the ends of these wires.
