Coffee dispensing
1. Release the filter holder (c) from its seat by turning it clockwise.
2. Fill the filter with one or two doses of coffee (depending on the filter inserted).
3. Press out the coffee with the tamp.
4. Hook and tighten the filter holder (c) into place by turning it anti-clockwise.
5. Position the cups at the outlet holes under the filter holder.
6. Raise the group lever (b) to a vertical position to activate the coffee delivery.
After a few seconds, the brewing starts: the seconds appear on the OLED
display.
When the desired dose has been reached, and dispensing is stopped by lowering
the lever, after a few seconds, the temperature appears again on the display.
Excess water flows out of the drain (o).
Steam dispensing
1. Wait for the machine to reach the operating temperature indicated by the
OLED display (m) and make sure that the pressure indicated on the boiler
pressure gauge is above 0.8 Bar.
2. Open the steam tap (d) for a few seconds and drain some steam into the drip
tray (i), then immerse the steam wand (e) in the liquid to be heated and open
the tap, once the desired temperature has been reached close the tap.
After heating the beverage, always discharge a little steam from
the nozzle to clean the sprayer holes.
Hot water delivery
1. Place the container for collecting water under the water lance (g).
2. Open the water tap (f) to dispense hot water.
3. When the desired water level has been reached, close the water tap.
