To dial the number selecting a particular line:
HANDSET: Press the LINE1 or LINE2 soft key.
BASE: Press LINE1 or LINE2.

to open the phonebook.
2. Scroll through the list with the
or , or use a number key
(0, 2 – 9) to nd the phonebook entry you want to call. (See
“Finding and Viewing a Phonebook Entry” on page 36.)
3. Press the
DIAL soft key to dial the number.
To insert or delete again a 1 in front of a phonebook number to
enable/disable long distance dialing, press /TONE. To add or
remove area code, press #.
Chain Dialing from the Phonebook
You can use the phonebook entries to store a group of numbers
(up to 32 digits) that you may need to enter once your call
connects. Once the call has connected you will then do the
following:
1. Press

2. Use
and to select the phonebook entry you want to
dial.
3. Press the
DIAL soft key.
Making a Call with Speed Dial
1. When the phone is in standby, press and hold the number
key (0 – 9) until the assigned phonebook entry appears in the
display.

You can select a number from the stored numbers in the entry.
Use the right/left key or the / soft key.
