From the Base
Starting a recording
1. During a conversation, press the
MENU soft key.
2. Select CALL RECORD.
3. The base display shows RECORDING CALL. A conrmation
tone that can be heard by both parties sounds during
recording.
Stopping a recording
1. During a conversation, press the
MENU soft key.
2. Select CALL RECORD.
3. The base display shows STOP RECORDING. You will hear a
conrmation tone.
From the Handset
Starting a recording
1. During a conversation, press the
MENU soft key, and then
select CALL RECORD.
2. RECORDING CALL appears on the display. A conrmation
tone that can be heard by both parties sounds during
recording.
Stopping a recording
1. Press the
MENU soft key, and then select CALL RECORD.
2. STOP RECORDING appears on the display, and you hear a
conrmation tone.
NOTES
Every state has different regulations governing
the recording of conversations over the
telephone. Make sure to check your local, state
and federal laws before using this product to
record any telephone conversation in order to
determine that your use is in compliance with
such laws or guidelines.
If the recording memory is full when you are
trying to record a conversation from the cordless
handset, UNAVAILABLE appears in the display.
You cannot record a conversation until you clear
some messages from the memory.
