19.1. Processes carried out on databases
Only authorized operator is entitled to carry out operations on databases.
To edit database the operator must:
• Press and hold a demanded database button
• Wait to see a corresponding menu
• Select one of possible options (available options depend on a database
type)
Options:
• OPEN – allows to enter selected database (functions like single click of a
given database icon)
• IMPORT – allows to import data form a memory stick. Plug the memory
stick to an USB port to let the program detect it and open an appropriate
window with saved files. Select a desired file to import demanded data.
The process of copying starts automatically upon selection of the given file.
Window with an appropriate message and file name is displayed after the
data has been copied.
Confirmation is required.
