Delta-T cooking
between cabinet temperature and core temperature. By slowly increasing
temperature, the food is cooked slowly and very gently. This minimises
cooking losses.

This is how you set the Delta-T cooking:
1.
Press the button.

Press the button.
› You automatically return to the cooking parameters.
The parameter cooking time is then replaced with the
Delta-T cooking function.

Press the button.

› The selection will automatically return to the core temperature
cooking parameter.
6. Turn the central dial and set the desired core temperature.
7.
› The cooking parameters are displayed according to your settings.
