4.5.1 Pressure cooking fill levels (optional)
If you wish to pressure cook the food, the pan must always contain the quantity of water stated in the min. fill
level / pan [l] column. The value stated in the max. fill level / pan [l] column relates to the fill level in the pan with
water, liquid food or solid food in cooking liquid.

4.7 Opening and closing the pan lid
CAUTION
The pan lid can be opened and closed only with jerky movements
If the pan lid mechanism is defective, there is a risk of injury.
1. Open the pan lid fully and leave open.
2. Contact your RATIONAL Service Partner.
