Hydraulic System Installation
1. Locate the machine’s left steering hose connected to the left bulkhead fitting, located under the tractor and
midway along the machine’s frame.
Note: If the bulkhead fittings are not present, locate the left and right connections under the cab floor.
2. Disconnect the left steering hose from the left bulkhead fitting.

3. Install a -8 ORFS M/M/F swivel run tee adapter fitting (P/N 333-0012-028) on the bulkhead fitting.
4. Connect the machine’s left steering hose to the opposite end of the installed tee fitting.
5. Install the straight end of the supplied hydraulic hose (P/N 214-1000-759) on the 90° end of the installed tee
fitting.
Note: It may be necessary to install a -8 ORFS M/F 90° swivel elbow fitting (P/N 333-0012-067) on the
bulkhead fitting to achieve the connection and to route the hose to the rear of the machine.
6. Label the 90° end of the installed hydraulic hose with an “A.”
Note: The installed hydraulic hose will be connected to the SmarTrax valve (P/N 334-0003-088) later in
the installation procedure.
7. Disconnect the machine’s right steering hose from the right bulkhead fitting.
8. Install a -8 ORFS M/M/F swivel run tee adapter fitting (P/N 333-0012-028) on the bulkhead fitting.
9. Connect the machine’s right steering hose to the opposite end of the installed tee fitting.
10. Install the straight end of the supplied hydraulic hose (P/N 214-1000-759) on the 90° end of the installed tee
fitting.
Note: It may be necessary to install a -8 ORFS M/F 90° swivel elbow fitting (P/N 333-0012-067) on the
bulkhead fitting to achieve the connection and to route the hose to the rear of the machine.
11. Label the 90° end of the installed hydraulic hose with a “B.”
Note: The installed hydraulic hose will be connected to the SmarTrax valve later in the installation
procedure.
12. Route the installed hydraulic hoses to the installed universal bracket (P/N 107-0171-578) mounting location.
