2. Secure the bottom half of the valve mounting bracket to the bottom leg of the universal mounting bracket (P/
N 107-0171-578) using one 3/8”-16 UNC x 1” hex bolt (P/N 311-0054-105) and one 3/8” split lock washer
(P/N 313-313-1000-022).
Note: Ports A, B, P, and T of the SmarTrax valve should be pointing up.
Install the Hydraulic Hoses on the SmarTrax

1. Connect the 90° end of the installed hydraulic hose (P/N 214-1000-759) labeled “A” to the fitting installed in
Port A of the SmarTrax valve.
2. Connect the 90° end of the installed hydraulic hose (P/N 214-1000-759) labeled “B” to the fitting installed in
Port B of the SmarTrax valve.
3. Connect the 90° end of the installed hydraulic hose (P/N 214-1000-760) labeled “P” to the fitting installed in
Port P of the SmarTrax valve.
4. Connect the 90° end of the installed hydraulic hose (P/N 214-1000-761) labeled “T” to the fitting installed in
Port T of the SmarTrax valve.
5. Connect the straight end of the installed hydraulic hose (P/N 214-1000-762) labeled “LSPV” to the fitting
installed in Port LSPV of the SmarTrax valve.
6. Connect the straight end of the installed hydraulic hose (P/N 214-1000-762) labeled “LS STEER” to the
fittings installed in Port LS Steer of the SmarTrax valve.
7. Pivot the valve mounting plate forward so that the remaining holes in the brackets are aligned.
8. Install a 3/8”-16 UNC x 1” hex bolt (P/N 311-0054-105) and a 3/8” split lock washer (P/N 313-1000-022) in
the top hole of the universal mounting bracket to secure the SmarTrax valve.
9. Tighten the left and right steering hose connections on the machine’s bulkhead fittings.
10. Tighten the pressure and tank hose connections on the machine’s hydraulic valve.
11. Tighten the load sense hose connections.
