      If your Raven SmarTrax MD system won't engage when you press the foot/enable switch, several things could be wrong. First, check the LEDs on the node to ensure proper communication. Second, there might be an active error in the SmarTrax MD system. Third, make sure the foot/enable switch cable is securely connected and not faulty. Fourth, check the operator presence switch connections. Fifth, ensure the SmarTrax MD master switch is in the “ON” position. Finally, set a new guidance line if none is currently set.

      If your Raven Tractor Accessories SmarTrax MD system is not finding the guidance line, make sure that the SmarTrax MD system is engaged. If you are using GL1DE speed filter, disable it. Also, try increasing the LA Aggressiveness setting and the OL Sensitivity setting in increments of 1, allowing at least 30 seconds between adjustments.

      Due to hardware damage inside the mechanical drive of your Raven Tractor Accessories, navigate to the SmarTrax Manual Steering screen, toggle the master switch on and off (verifying that the Raven LED logo changes from white steady to blue steady), and drive the motor at various settings while monitoring the Actual Current value. If no current is drawn and the problem persists, replace the mechanical drive.

      The Raven Tractor Accessories A-B line has not been set on the field computer. Set the A-B line in the field computer. Also, verify cabling is correct and secure. If you are using Viper Pro, ensure that “Send Guidance Messages” is selected. If you are using Envizio Pro, ensure that GPS Source “Internal via Tilt or SmarTrax” is selected. If you are using Viper 4, ensure “SmarTrax GPS on DGPS” is selected.
