Wheel Angle Sensor Installation
15. Route the sensor cable toward the tie rod and the back of the tractor, following along the left steering
cylinder hydraulic hoses.
16. Secure the cable to the sensor body and left steering cylinder hoses using plastic cable ties.
Two Wheel Drive Machines
1. Turn the front wheels so that they are pointing straight ahead.

2. Remove the kingpin bolt from the front left wheel axle and then complete the appropriate step below, based
on the machine’s configuration:
• Machines with fenders - Remove any existing washers and reinstall the kingpin bolt. Do not tighten.
• Machines without fenders - Place one 0.812” ID x 1.469” OD x 0.134” thick washer (P/N 313-2300-023) on
top of the original fender washer and reinstall the kingpin bolt. Do not tighten.

3. Install the sensor centering bracket (P/N 107-0171-984 or 107-0172-016, depending on the machine’s
configuration) on the kingpin bolt.
Note: One bracket fits the 5/8” kingpin bolt and the other fits the M20 bolt. Use the bracket that most
tightly fits the machine’s kingpin bolt. The other bracket will not be used.
