A
ftermakinganynecessaryadjustmentstoachieveoptimumperformance
foryourvessel,thetransducerinstallationmustbefinalizedbylockingthe
transducer’sposition.
Note:
A
fteryouapplymarinegradesealant,alwaysallowtimeforthesealantto
fullycurebeforereturningyourvesseltothewater.
1.Drilltheholeforthefinallockingscrew ,takingcarenottodamagethe
mountingbracket.
2.Applymarinegradesealanttothescrewthread.
3.Insertandtightenthethird‘locking’screw.
4.Carefullyremovethe2xscrewsintheadjustmentslots.
5.Applymarinegradesealanttothescrewthreads.
6.Re-insertandtightenthescrews.
7.Fullytightenthenutandbolt.
Donotexceedatorqueof35N·m(25.8lbf·ft).Thetransducershouldnot
beeasilymoveablebyhand,andshouldremaininitsnormaloperating
positionwhenyourvesselisunderway.
