Vessel Operation
n Is the operator sober, alert and ready to skipper
the vessel?
n Have all passengers been fi tted for the proper size
life jackets?
n Has a fl oat plan been fi led and left with a
competent person?
n Has the bilge been sniffed and the fuel system leak
checked?
n Are the appropriate sea cocks open?
n Is all communication equipment in good operating
