Verify that the code number displayed on the screen matches the
code number on the bottle of test strips used. If the code number
does not match, the meter may give a false reading. If the code does
not match, use a new strip. If the code still does not match, use a
new bottle of test strips or call Customer Service at 855.776.0662,
7 a.m. to 7 p.m. central time, 7 days a week.
