REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
a Remove:
-the engine cover,
-the turbocharger air outlet pipe (see 12B, Turbo-
charging, Intercooler air inlet pipe: Removal -
Refitting, page 12B-41) .
a Loosen the clip (1) of the intercooler air outlet pipe
from the damper valve.
a Disconnect the intercooler outlet air pipe from the
damper valve.
a Move the intercooler outlet air pipe slightly away
from the damper valve.
a Disconnect:
- the connector (2) from the camshaft position sen-
sor,
- the damper valve connector (3) .
a Unclip the camshaft position sensor wiring and the
damper valve wiring (4) from the injector rail protec-
tor cover.
a Move aside the camshaft position sensor wiring and
damper valve wiring.
a Unclip the injector rail protector cover at (5) .
a Remove:
- the injector rail protector cover bolt (6) ,
- the injector rail protector cover nut (7) ,
- the injector rail protector cover,
