7. Montaggio
dell’azionamento
7.1 Montare il motore con
riduttore
c La coppia massima ed il regi-
me massimo di giri del motore non
devono superare i valori di soglia del
Linearmodulo Compact ovvero del
riduttore! Fare riferimento al catalogo
“Linearmoduli Compact”.
F Il riduttore è premontato per il
montaggio del motore. La boccola con
innesto dentato è integrata nella flangia
del riduttore.
F Il motore dovrebbe essere montato
in posizione verticale per evitare distor-
sioni a causa del suo peso.
• Girare la boccola con innesto dentato
(1) fino a che il grano filettato (2) non
è accessibile attraverso il foro nella
piastra di adattamento (3).
• Allentare il grano filettato (2).
• Inserire il motore con cautela nella
boccola con innesto dentato e nella
piastra di adattamento.
• Serrare saldamente il grano filettato
(2) con coppia di serraggio M

• Chiudere il foro con l’apposito
tappo (5).
• Fissare il motore con le viti (4) alla
piastra di adattamento.

7. Montage de
l’entraînement
7.1 Montage du moteur avec
réducteur
c Le couple maximal et la vitesse
de rotation maximale du moteur ne
doivent pas dépasser les valeurs
limites du module compact ou du
réducteur ! Voir le catalogue « Modules
compacts ».
F Le réducteur est prémonté pour le
montage sur le moteur. La douille d’em-
brochement est intégrée dans la bride du
réducteur.
F Pour éviter tout dysfonctionnement
dû au poids du moteur, le moteur doit
être monté verticalement.
• Faire tourner la douille d’embroche-
ment (1) jusqu’à ce qu’il soit possible
d’atteindre la vis sans tête (2) à
travers le trou de la plaque d’adapta-
tion (3).
• Desserrer la vis sans tête (2).
• Introduire le moteur prudemment dans
la douille d’embrochement et dans la
plaque d’adaptation.
• Visser la vis sans tête (2) au couple
de serrage M

• Obturer l’alésage avec le capuchon
de protection (5).
• Fixer le moteur à l’aide des vis (4) sur
la plaque d’adaptation.

service » ! 8.
7. Installing the Drive
7.1 Mounting the motor with
gear unit
c The maximum torque and maxi-
mum speed of the motor must not
exceed the limits for the Compact
Module or the gear unit! See “Com-
pact Modules” catalog.
F The gear is ready-mounted for
attachment of the motor. The push-on
sleeve is integrated in the gear flange.
F The motor should be installed ver-
ti-cally in order to avoid any strains and
stresses due to the motor’s weight.
• Turn the push-on sleeve (1) until the
set screw (2) is accessible through
the hole in the adapter plate (3).
• Loosen the set screw (2).
• Carefully insert the motor into the
push-on sleeve and the adapter plate.
• Tighten set screw (2) with tightening
torque M

• Close the hole with cap (5).
• Fasten the motor to the adapter plate
with screws (4).
• Trial run, see “Start-up” ! 8.
