6-9 Overheating Disposals
=0: Disable.
*Disable the NTC thermistor.
*The ―Ht‖ fault detection is disabled.
*The display 6 (terminal status and heat sink temperature) of
drive monitor mode will not display heat sink’s temperature.
=1: Enable.
*Enable the NTC thermistor.

=0: Disable.
=1: Warning (Ht):
*Continue operation.
=2: Warning (Ht):
*Drive automatically de-rates the switching frequency every 5
minutes.
=3: Warning (Ht):
*Drive trips to ―Ht‖ protection and stop the drive operation,
when the temperature of heat sink is over F_142.
*The cooling fan will restart, when the temperature is lower
than the drive overheating dead band (F_143).

=0: Forced air.
*Fan will start running at drive power ON.
=1: Operation air.

*Fan will start running when the temperature is over the setting
