PM Alarm
1 Interval Sets the PM interval.
The value stored in this SP is used when the value of
SP5-501-2 is “1”.

Selects whether the PM alarm for the number of scans
is enabled or not.
If this is “1”, the PM alarm function is enabled.
[0 = No / 1 = Yes]
Jam Alarm Setting504*
Sets the alarm to sound for the specified jam level
(document misfeeds are not included).

[0~3 / 3 / 1 step]
0: Zero (Off)
1: Low (2.5K jams)
2: Medium (3K jams)
3: High (6K jams)
Error Alarm Setting505*
Sets the error alarm level. Japan only DFU
[0~255 / 50 / 100 copies per step]
Consumable Alarm
1 Paper Switches the control call on/off for the paper supply.
Japan only DFU
0: Off, 1: On
0: No alarm.
1: Sets the alarm to sound for the specified number
transfer sheets for each paper size (A3, A4, B4, B5,
DLT, LG, LT, HLT)
2Staple
Switches the control call on/off for the stapler installed
in the finisher. Japan only DFU
0: Off, 1: On
0: No alarm
1: Alarm goes off for every 1K of staples used.
3 Toner Switches the control call on/off for the toner end.
Japan only DFU
0: Off, 1: On
If you select “1” the alarm will sound when the copier
detects toner end.
