Changing the Paper Size
Preparation
Be sure to select the paper size
with User Tools and the paper size
selector. If you do not, misfeeds
might occur. See p.55 “Tray Paper
Size: Tray 1–4”.

❒ If you want to change the paper
size set in the LCT, contact your
service representative.

Changing the Paper Size of the
Paper Tray

Make sure the paper tray is not in
use. Then, pull the paper tray out
slowly.

If paper is loaded in the tray, re-
move it.

Release the side lever to the "un-
locked" position.

While pressing the release lever,
adjust the side fences.

Adjust the back guide to the new
paper size.
Note
❒ For 11” × 17” paper, put the
back guide inside 1.
