❒ When you use the printer function, set the paper volume again after loading
the paper roll. See p.41 “Paper Volume (printer mode)”
3. Set the paper holder in the new paper
roll (

). Lower the lever (

).

Insert the paper holder firmly until it
stops.

Set both sides of the paper holder.
4. Hold both sides of the paper holder. Set
it in the roll holder.
5. Set the paper roll.
Note

The edge of the paper roll should be on
the bottom.
6. Pass the paper edge under the rubber
part of the roller.
7. Turn the paper feed knob in the direc-
tion of the arrows until the edge of the pa-
per emerges.
8. Cut the edge of the paper by sliding the
cutter knob from left to right, or from right
to left (
A
). Remove the offcut (
B
).
9. Turn the paper feed knob 90 degrees
forward.
10. Close the paper roll tray.
