3. Remove the jammed
paper.
4. Insert the cut paper
tray while lifting
upward into the
machine, push
slowly until it stops.
C is displayed
1. Hold both sides of
the original cover
with both hands,
and then open the
original cover.
2. Remove the
jammed paper.
3. Close the original
cover with both
hands gently.
1. Open the rear
cover holding C1
at the rear with
both hands.
2. Hold the C2 knob,
and then tilt the
top of the fusing
unit forward.
3. Remove the
jammed paper.
4. Close the fusing unit
and rear cover.
P is displayed
5. If you cannot
remove the
jammed paper or
the paper misfeed
display does not
disappear,
proceed to
B is displayed .

Pull out the cut
paper tray while
lifting upward and
out.
2. Hold both sides and
lift the front of the tray,
and then remove it
from the machine.
If the jammed paper
is forcefully pulled
out, it may tear and
scraps may leave in
the machine
Note
If you push the cut
paper tray forcefully,
the tray's paper
guide may become
out of position.
