6.14 ENERGY SAVER MODES
6.14.1 OVERVIEW
When the machine is not being used, the energy saver function reduces power
consumption by decreasing the fusing temperature.
This machine has two types of energy saver mode as follows.
 Energy saver mode
 Auto Off mode
These modes are controlled by the following UP and SP modes.
 Panel off timer (energy saver mode timer): User Tools> System Settings> Timer
Setting> Panel Off Timer
 Auto off timer: User Tools> System Settings> Timer Setting> Auto Off Timer
6.14.2 ENERGY SAVER MODE
Entering the energy saver mode
The operation manual uses the term ‘panel off mode’ for the timer.
The machine enters energy saver mode when one of the following is done.
