A Press the left {Image Position} key
to move the image forwards, the
right key to move it backwards.
Note
❒ When you shift the image for-
wards, leave a margin (more
than 5 mm, 0.2") at the leading
edge. If there is no margin, pa-
per might wrap around the
drum and cause a misfeed.
❒ The right or left {Image Position}
keys shift the image about 0.5
mm, 0.02" each time they are
pressed.
❒ The value of the image position
that shifted is displayed on the
panel display.
❒ In A3 Paper Feed mode, the im-
ages are fixed at the following
positions:
• Type 1 (A4 drum) model: -20
mm, -0.8"
• Type 2 (B4 drum) model: -10
mm, -0.4"
B Press the {Proof} key to check the
image position.

A Turn the side tray fine adjusting
dial as shown in the illustrations.
