Check the position of the envelope selector
1. For envelopes, set the lever to the rear position ; for everything else, set the lever to
the forward position .
Check the printer driver settings
1. In the application, open the printer properties dialog box.
2. Click the [Setup] tab.
3. Check the [Paper type:] setting.
Select the paper type from the [Paper type:] dropdown list. For envelopes, select [Envelope].
4. Click [OK].
Printing by Form Feed
Press the [Form Feed] key, and then print.
