Fax Setting Workflows
This section explains the preparations and procedures to send fax documents to a folder on a client
computer.
After following the procedures below, you can send fax documents from the machine to a shared folder
on a client computer.
Set the date and time.
Register the fax number and fax name of the machine.
Connect the machine to a telephone line.
Select the telephone line type and telephone network connection type.
Set the outside line access number.

Specify the reception mode.
