In [Advanced Settings] for the custom paper in use, select [27: Image
Transfer Current: FC: Black].

Check the present value. Is it lower than 50 μA ?
Yes
Carry out all of the following:
(1) Increase the value by 5 μA in [27: Image Transfer Current: FC:
Black].
(2) Set [40: Paper Transfer Current; Trail Edge: FC] to "200%".
(3) Set [42: Ppr Transfer Current Trail Edg Dist: FC] to "30 mm".

No further improvement is likely. Contact your service representative.

Print the image. Is the problem resolved?
Yes
