Troubleshooting
1. After the instrument is powered on, the screen is still dark (no display):
(1) Check the power cord connection.
(2) Check the power switch indicator (whether it is illuminated and in breathing
state).
(3) Pull out the power cord and check whether the voltage selector is at the right
scale and whether the fuse is proper and intact.
(4) If the problem still remains, please contact RIGOL technical support.
2. Constant voltage output is abnormal:
(1) Check whether the maximum output power of the selected channel meets
the load requirement.
(2) If yes, please check:
whether the current setting value of this channel is appropriate. If it is
too low, please increase it to a proper value.
whether the cord used for connecting the load and the power supply is
short-circuited and is in good contact.
whether the load goes wrong.
(3) If the problem still remains, please contact RIGOL technical support.
3. Constant current output is abnormal:
(1) Check whether the maximum output power of the selected channel meets
the load requirement.
(2) If yes, please check:
whether the voltage setting value of this channel is appropriate. If it is
too low, please increase it to a proper value.
whether the cord used for connecting the load and the power supply is
short-circuited and is in good contact.
whether the load goes wrong.
(3) If the problem still remains, please contact RIGOL technical support.
4. USB Storage Device can’t be identified:
(1) Check whether the USB storage device works normally.
(2) Make sure that the USB storage device used is Flash type, as hard type USB
storage device is not supported.
(3) Restart the instrument and insert the USB storage device again.
(4) If the problem still remains, please contact RIGOL technical support.
