Servicearbeiten - Kontrolle der Ventilplatten
Um volle Funktionsfähigkeit der Entlüftungspumpe zu gewährlei-
sten, müssen die Ventilplatten jährlich auf Verschmutzung und
Beschädigung kontrolliert werden.
- Ventilplattengehäuse ausbauen.
- Einlass- und Auslassventilplatten auf Verschmutzungen und
Beschädigungen kontrollieren.
- Prüfen der Ventilplatten nach der Montage:
◊ Stahllineal über das Ventilplattengehäuse legen und so fest
andrücken, bis das Lineal auf beiden Seiten des Gehäuses
anliegt. Dann muss zwischen Lineal und Befestigungsteil in
der Mitte ein Spalt sein.
V-Belt for priming pump drive
Check V-belt carefully for signs of mechanical damage at least
once a year.
Avoid contact between V-belt and all lubricants!

Keilriemen für Antrieb der Entlüftungspumpe
Der Keilriemen ist 1 x jährlich auf mechanische Schäden zu prüfen.
Verschmutzung des Keilriemens durch Öl oder Fett ist unbedingt
zu vermeiden.
Service procedures - Check of valve plates
To guarantee the full function of the priming pump, the valve plates
must be checked for damages at regular intervals.
- Remove cylinder heads (valve covers).
- Check valve plates for damages.
- Check valve plate tension after replacement:

Place ruler on top of the cover as shown in picture and press
it against the cover. There must be a small gap between the
ruler and the screw in the center of the valve.
