Abstellen der Pumpenanlage
- Pumpendruck reduzieren:
◊ Schalter (S9-) solange gedrückt halten bis Leerlauf erreicht ist.
- Schaummitteltanksaugventil schließen:
◊ Menü "Vormischersteuerung" (Bild 127) aufrufen - Schalter
(S326) drücken, dann Schalter (S319) "Quittierung" drücken.
◊ Die im Schalter (S330) integriete Kontrolllampe beginnt zu
blinken -> Aufforderung die Pumpenanlage zu spülen.
- Nach Schaumbetrieb die Pumpenanlage spülen:
◊ Siehe Kapitel Wartung "Spülen nach Schaumbetrieb".
- Nebenabtrieb ausschalten:
◊ Siehe "Einschalten der Pumpe".
- Druck- und Saugschläuche abkuppeln.
- Gesamte Pumpenanlage entleeren:
◊ Siehe Kapitel Wartung "Entleeren der Pumpenanlage".
- Entlüftungspumpe trockensaugen:
◊ Siehe Kapitel Wartung "Trockensaugen".
- Pumpenanlage für den nächsten Einsatz vorbereiten.
◊ Schalter (S2/2) drücken - System wird auf "0" gesetzt.
Disengaging the Pumping Process
- Reduce pump pressure:
◊ Press switch (S9-) as long as engine idles.
- Close foam compound tank suction valve:
◊ Press switch (S326) to accss the "Proportioner Control"
menu (picture 127), then press switch (S319) "enter key".
◊ Pilot lamp integrated in switch (S330) starts blinking ->
request to flush the pumpsystem.
- After foam operation the pump has to be flushed:
◊ Please refer to the maintenance "Flushing after Foam Op-
eration" chapter.
- Disengage the P.T.O.:
◊ Please refer to the "Engaging the Pump" chapter.
- Uncouple pressure and suction hoses.
- Drain the entire pump system:
◊ Please refer to the "Drainage of Pump Installation" mainte-
nance chapter.
- Suck dry the priming pump:
◊ Please refer to the "Suck dry the Priming Pump" mainte-
nance chapter.
- Prepare the pumping installation for the next use.
◊ Press switch (S2/2) - this will reset the system.
